Terms of Use
1. The game
1024 by 360 is a free puzzle game by Polysign (Georges Jentgen, Luxembourg). No ads, no in-app purchases.
2. Use
Private use is allowed. Leaderboard names (3–16 characters) must stay respectful; abusive, hateful, or unlawful names are removed and may lead to exclusion from leaderboards.
3. Leaderboards
Won runs may appear with your display name on anonymous leaderboards. Every submission is replayed and verified on the server; impossible runs are rejected. Report unsuitable names with the in-app report function.
4. Intellectual property
The game, artwork, sounds, and texts belong to Polysign. All content is original work.
5. Liability
The game is provided without warranty. Where permitted by law, liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.
